Manqoba is an entrepreneur who started his businesses with little to no capital. He hails from the rural area of Ingwavuma. His mind set is wired for success and he believes in high speed implementation. He has conquered the fear of starting businesses; and thus he has started 11 different businesses to date which has lead to the formation of Inpassion Group. The Inpassion Group of campanies consist of Inpassion Awareness Consultancy, Inpassion Publishers, Inpassion Mobile Shisanyama, Inpassion Trading and Projects, Inpassion-Car Wash & Valet. He has helped many black business owners to start their businesses. Manqoba has written and published a book titled Bring Back My Identity. He is a versatile and inspirational speaker, facilitator and MC (program director) for corporate, formal and informal events.
He has coached and published numerous local authors under the brand Inpassion Publishers. Manqoba knows the struggles and the pain of start-ups and small businesses during their business development journey. He has started business that did great, some average and some never took off, and through it all he has learned invaluable lessons. Manqoba knows the fear, uncertainties and the challenges of moving from corporate with a comfortable lifestyle and the ability to afford desired things to be a fulltime entrepreneur. He know the feeling of a scheduled beautiful salary to waking up every morning chasing an entrepreneurial dream to which sometimes you will get money and sometimes you don’t. Today he continues to build his businesses and coaches those who want to start their own businesses with a purpose to create an extra income or with a purpose to eventually move to do business fulltime.
